MMMflow is an early-stage product from Jarta Labs LLC, a Utah company. This page covers this website and the pilot request form. Last updated 24 October 2026.

What we store

Only what you type into the pilot request form: your name, work email, company, role, budget range and message, plus the time you ticked the consent box.

To stop automated spam we also count requests from each network address for one hour. We keep a one-way scrambled form of the address (not the address itself) and delete it after a day.

What we don't do

• No cookies, analytics, advertising tags or tracking pixels on this site
• No selling, renting or sharing your details with anyone for their own use
• No mailing lists: we use your details only to reply about a pilot

Where it is kept

Pilot requests are stored in a database used only by MMMflow, on Cloudflare's platform, which hosts this site. Cloudflare processes the data for us as our hosting provider.

How long

If no pilot starts, we delete your request within 12 months of your last message to us. If a pilot starts, the pilot agreement covers what happens to business data; your contact details are kept while we work together.

Pilot data

A pilot runs on weekly totals of spend and sales, not on people. Customer-level files are not accepted. Pilot data terms are set out in the pilot agreement.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Reply to any email we send you, or send the form again with "delete my details" in the message. We act on it within 30 days.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes too.
